You're awesome. I just came out of a department meeting where I was asked if the partnership with Excalibur as a vendor is working out. I told them you folks have been great and sampled this instance of rush service that you're office has been so gracious to accommodate when we need not to mention the repairs that have been provided. Everyone at the meeting agreed and voiced nothing but the best comments about the service we've received. Just wanted you folks to know how grateful we are to have you on board, really !!!!

I do not have specific dollar amounts, but we primarily purchase from Excalibur because of the 1) $$$ savings, 2) very knowledgeable and personable folks, 3) great service, which certainly helps to 4) save time when repairs are "desperately" needed!
